Hoping to combine my many skills, and lots of tools to do the work you need done. I have my own business, and make my own hours; so I am very flexible and can be available when needed. trading work for part of the rent would really be ideal, allowing my to increase my savings. I'm planning to eventually increase the size of my business and I'm saving every penny possible.
I'm looking to obtain a room, unit or share with an outdoor or indoor space for the creation or garden art and sculpture. I don't need a very large area, just enough to store some materials and tools and some kind of actual work space. I most often work on my art outside, year round...soothing rual would probably be best.
I'm very handy and can do lots to maintain, renovate, restore or care take any size property. I'm physically fit, healthy and quite strong. I'm not afraid to get dirty and I don't have a problem with doing physical labor. I have lots of tools for lots of jobs and have experience in a wide variety of making, fixing, and restoring all kinds if things.
I have some ranch experience as well as garden experience. If a garden space was available as part of the deal, it would be well utilized.
