I am forming a group for introverts, shy people, those suffering from social phobia or social anxiety. My mission is to address the serious lack of resources available to people like us.
In the meet ups, I will facilitate group conversation, sharing and possible tactics for dealing with stress, anxiety and improving social skills in general.
