I currently reside in Palm Beach County, Florida. My SS Retirement pays my rent in full and on time every month without fail. Need a small house, cottage, guest house, mom-in-law suite, apartment, duplex, or a large Studio, ground level or floor. Prefer unfurnished but will consider furnished. I am very clean so please no roaches, bed bugs or flea's. My budget is around $575.00, all inclusive a plus but not mandatory, also depending on included amenities, with a reasonable a security deposit. Looking for long term so you can count on your rent every month. I live alone, keep to myself, am drama free, responsible, a non-smoker, and I rarely drink.
