A: Well first they have to trust the company they are getting to replace or repair any glass on there car ,they have to make sure they are insured,license and certified and when they ask questions that the company is ready to answered any questions that's why they have to have great costumer service and knowledge of the auto glass industry. Q: If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share? A: about the warranty of course that's very important, I had some costumers that when to a different company and they didn't warranty there job so they end up paying more money to fix a problem that in my opinion has a costumer had to be covered to begin with. Q: What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out? A: All the vehicle information year make and model and if is a 4/d sedan 2/d coupe or convertible or if it has any attachment or electronic devise on the windshield. Q: What do you like most about your job? A: See a costumer returned happy for a different service or to bring a friend or some body they now. Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? A: I had a costumer employee of a near by casino that I fix his power window and when it was time to pay he didn't had enough money, as he thought but the job was already done so, I let him go with the promise of him coming back to pay me on his next pay check for my surprise he was there on the date we agree on.

A: That is time consuming taking out a windshield or fixing a regulator is not as easy as they think , that is if you do it the right way with all the safety standards and procedures. A: Is been past on from generations so,I consider my self lucky to be in the auto glass industry all my life but , I been actually doing the repairs and replacements for 13 years.this experience has been ex trimly essential for me I now how to work in older cars and by certifying my self and has help me to work and new models. Q: What are your most common types of jobs? A: Power windows repairs and windshield replacements. Q: Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of. A: well I have a lot, I like challenges if a costumer walks in with a power window that no body can fix or is aether to expensive I'm you guy. Q: Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field? A: Of course you have to other wise you are not going to be ready for the new techniques tools or cars, Q: What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business? A: well i hope to expand my business and keep on learning each day I learn one new thing and that feels good. A: no, not at all I have set pricing on labor and parts , we don't over charge when your job is already done.
