Available May 1st - looking for artist/writer etc...to share my beautiful studio w/ tons of natural light on the 3rd floor of the Howard Space bldg. $400 incl utilities.
Non-dust making only please. I'm a painter/educator/writer and there would be some shared studio time usage as well as plenty of private time. Work sink, min ifridge, micro etc...no wifi.
Great location for open studios, Art Hop, to offer classes etc... I teach maybe one or two eves a week there, give some private lessons in art and French, and this summer will be offering 4 weeks of summer camps. It's a kid friendly space.
Besides that, i will not be using it too much this summer as have a project off - site. Space furnished w/ plenty of tables, chairs, easels etc...
