Hello! My name is Debra and I am a (in my 30's) year old stay-at-home mom in the Clermont area.
I have 15+ years experience babysitting children of all ages, and I have a 7 year old son of my own. I was previously a licensed Insurance Agent for 10+ years, and have been a full time homemaker for 2 years.
I am available am looking for 20-30 hours a week depending on your schedule.
I am available and happy to:
*Babysit any child (up to 5 children) from newborn to early teen. In your home.
*Meet your child at the bus stop daily.
*Pick them up from school, after-school program, etc. (I have safe and reliable transportation)
*Complete any neccessary homework and/or studying (Please see qualifications).
*Light house cleaning/household chores.
*Available on the weekends and for those emergencies that always seem to happen at the worst time.
My Qualification/Experience:
*15+ years babysitting, including being a full-time aunt.
*Class room mom/assistant for a 1st grade class.
*PTO Member and volunteer at Groveland Elementary School.
*Level 2 Volunteer with Lake County Schools. In 2015 the Lake County Schools performed the following:
*FDLE Background Clearance
*State and National Background Clearance
*Fingerprinting on record.
As a Level 2 Volunteer, Lake County Schools has approved me to:
*Chaperone overnight fieldtrips
*Mentoring
*Volunteer Coaching
*I am currently studying for the ParaPro Assesment Test and will be taking the state exam on April 30th. The ParaPro Assessment measures the reading, writing, and basic math competencies of practicing and prospective ParaProfessionals. This certificate can be used to certify teacher's aides and assistants in the instruction of these subjects to school children. I am getting this certification to better help me teach grade school children when volunteering and at home.
I will soon be adding a CPR certification and more! I have many references, so please feel free to ask for them. I like to think that I'm fun, but I do deal equally in love and discipline. I have a huge focus on education and I think I will make the perfect "extra few hands" for a busy full-time working parent! Please know that I am available during school hours and after school hours, but I will have my 7 year old son with me after school hours. I am hoping this will be a good experience for all of the kids!
