Hi there! My name is Becky and I am a mom to a curious two year old and energetic five year old. I enjoy teaching my daughters and the children in my preschool about the world around them. I know how important the experiences in the first few years of a child's life are to learning. We spend our days exploring, playing, singing, dancing, imaging and creating.
Little Bitty Preschool is licensed by the State of Nevada, permitted by the Health Department, and inspected by the Fire Marshal. Even though our preschool is in a home, it is regulated and inspected just like a small child care center or preschool found at a private school. I posses a current sheriff's card, health card, and CPR/First Aid Certified.
The group size is six or less and children will receive individualized learning in a nurturing home environment where I am the only teacher. At a child care center there may be up to 12 children (or more)to each teacher. Unlike a childcare center, children are less likely to become ill because there are only a few children.
I have a separate Montessori inspired classroom set up for all of our indoor activities and a wonderful play yard and garden to spend time outdoors. Snacks are provided as part of tuition. We are located with easy access to 215 at Windmill.
