We have rented a space for our band to practice in Marietta and we don't need it all the time so we are looking to share. We are looking for MAX 3 BANDS ONLY to share our space with us for practice. We will all have our own times to use it (2 hours a week max each / 8 Hours Monthly)
You get use of a few areas
1. Rehearsal Space Big enough for 4 band players to fit into. Has a table for sound equipment and some shared stuff but not much.
2. You get a small area in the space to store your stuff so you can leave it there (Not setup but at least there)
3. A small waiting area for guests. There is a small space in the back where you can have a few guests sit and wait.
4. Vocal Booth Use
5. Small Recording Room for acoustic
6. Plenty of Off street parking
Rent $250 a month pre paid by the 15th for the next month.
Security Deposit $500
You get 8 Hours to use in a month and your time slot will be firm. If you don't use it you loose it and other bands will use the space around your slot so it is firm.
Located right off I75 near Kennestone Hospital in Marietta.
