I am interested I'm someone coming to finish my basement. My contactor finished 85 percent of the work and he not coming back to finish the job. The basement just needs a 36 inch vented door installed, a couple pieces of the drop ceiling installed, trim and carpet and that's it. I'm looking for someone who really wants to complete this job. I want someone to provide all materials needed to finish job. That should be the 36 inch vented door, the trim, and the carpet and that's it. The basement is 24x19 (456 Sq ft) That's what is needed for the carpet not including the steps. I'm not sure of how to measure the steps but just give me quotes.
