This is our gorgeous detached studio. It has skylights, a sleeping loft, free wifi, fridge, microwave. It has room to paint, write, or photograph, and is filled with the most lovely light. This studio is located in beautiful Cathedral park, walking distance to cafes, the river, and downtown St. Johns. It does not have a bathroom or kitchen. It is not a living unit....but it is a space for dreaming. I am looking for an artist, photographer or writer interested in a studio. $450 a month.
