Hi all! I'm reaching out hoping to find an amazing stay at home mom or grandma who is willing to watch my babies. We moved to Alaska recently leaving all of our family behind. This is new for all of us and I don't want the kids getting attached to someone who won't be around for long. Consistency, reliability and trust are key. We are very mellow and laid back people but our kids are our world. If I find out you're sleeping or playing Xbox all day like our most recent (short term) sitter, I will become a little less mellow. We are looking to pay about $500 per month for before/after school care. You will never be expected to work on a holiday or weekend. We work very structured schedules so you will have very good hours. Our kids are 7 & 8. Very self sufficient and responsible. They just need someone to monitor them and make sure that they eat and make good decisions. We can bring them to you or you can come here. We don't mind pets (we have them!) And no allergies to anything. Someone in the area of O'Malley elementary would be great so that they can just ride the bus to and from school. Thank!
