The main issue is, if you've got someone in several bands, bands that indeed work, now this guy is available these days and that guy is available those days and this guys' only available on certain days and then a guy wants to go on a cruise for 7-10 days and there you go having to turn down gigs which is about the same as being ordered to eat your children.
