Please help us find Benita! She is a gray and white spayed American Pit Bull Terrier who is microchipped and was 65 pounds and wearing a black collar at the time of her disappearance in Pittsfield NH on 1/24/15. Her coat may have difference shadings now and she may be thinner -so please send info of ANY possible sightings. She ran out of the front door from her home in Pittsfield and we have had a few possible sightings, mostly in Northwood (2/25/15 may have been seen around Jenness Pond). If you have her, please contact us so we won't keep going crazy not knowing if she is dead or alive. She was adopted from the Manchester NH Animal Shelter in September after being caught as a stray in June 2014. Her very loving family is desperate-please look beneath porches and decks and in barns and sheds-do not call or chase her-we are relying on sightings to set up a feeding station, camera and trap.
