Benji was brought into our shelter terrified, cold, and all alone. His face tells you just how cruel people can be to a helpless little dog. Benji is one of those dogs people don't want. He's a Chihuahua mix, brown, and common. And because he isn't considered worthy of most people's consideration, he suffers quietly alone in our shelter.
