My Experience with this unit:
This system works fabulously for dogs I would say no more than about 25-30lbs (for larger (small) dogs put 2 together). I had a Yorkie that was 10lbs and she did great with the one unit and I had another unit placed in another part of the house. Good for larger homes. With my Yorkie I only had to clean the unit once every week. The first cleaning you do will kinda gross you out with the smell of the concentrated pee. But, after that it doesn't seem to be so extreme. Probably the shock, lol. You do not smell this on the outside - it is so wonderful. You should put an odor neutralizer inside after each cleaning. I have extra and will give you some for starters. I will also give you the tip that worked best for training my pup to use this. It is the best invention of all the pee products I feel. When it is ready to be cleaned, you just pick it up by the handle and carry it the bathroom (that is where I cleaned mine, in the tub with the hand held sprayer).
