Found Deceased large male (looked to be unneutered) short-haired black cat on South 43rd Street on the a.m. of 4/14 or 4/15. He had been hit by a car. I put him on the grass in the front yard of 3577 S. 43rd Street so he wouldn't get run over. I called the city for pickup. He wasn't wearing a collar. He was very clean and looked like he might be someone's indoor cat.
