32 year-old guitar player looking to put together a bluegrass outfit. I've played guitar (mostly electric) since I was eighteen and have listened to bluegrass/old-time music for many years but have only recently begun adopting the style and trying to learn more of the ins and outs of traditional flatpicking. I have an interest in singing (if we need someone to sing...) and have been taking voice lessons for almost a year. Progress is slow, however. A few of my influences include Doc Watson, Flatt & Scruggs, Bryan Sutton, etc. I have experience playing in bands, but have never played in a bluegrass group. Professional gear and attitude.
