My business has been around for over 7 years and I have acquired 15 years of previous experience with 2 Public Accounting firms.
There is no minimum for the amount of hours needed every month. Some clients are updated daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly- whichever schedule you prefer for the monthly bank/credit card reconciliations. Working remotely is welcomed also.
Program(s) used: QuickBooks Online is a great tool not only for the Business Owner, but for the Bookkeeper as well. Additionally (offered at no charge) is the desktop version of QuickBooks. For the QuickBooks Online clients, the downloaded transactions come in daily, with me going in every few days and coding the transactions. This means you are constantly kept up-to-date.
Current clients include: Tech, Consulting, Hospital Department, Medical, Web Design and Service companies. There are no overhead costs to you since you hire me as a Sub-Contractor. Availability consists of week days as well as weekends and evenings. Calls and texts are always welcome. Resume and references are available upon request.
