To be clear, I'm not like the other guys running ads here on Craigslist that are GC's that dabble in Problem Resolution. I am a Problem Resolution Expert who just happens to be a 30 yr licensed GC. It's most of what I do, from resolving code violations, fines and liens to testifying on behalf of client as an expert witness.
FOR YOU it's a 'one stop shop' from PLANS to PAINT and then, as I said - we go back in and do our best to clean up the mess that was there, get the fines mitigated/reduced/negotiated and settled, etc
