Will be actually build on the ground with two stories high, so no need to build on stilts , just for permit reason we are building a tree house, about 150 sf total with two stories as high as possible...sturdy...
Nothing fancy I have the plans so should not be too expensive, you build the frame and we can do the rest Im sure with my older sons and family,,, just need someone to start this for us and we are not a wealthy family as of yet , getting there , have a ways to go. haha
