A liar can try to make it look like they took the pet for its own good, but don't let that scare you from calling the law! The best way is to microchip you pets. I don't get some of the human shit I've met here in Richmond that will steal a persons fur baby. WTF! Keep on looking for that rescue. Call the police. Don't let anyone intimidate you.
