Pricing list will be included in the packet if your application is that of a qualified contractor. We guarantee that our price list is VERY competitive with other regional's out there.
Currently only looking for contractors, do not apply if looking for a processing or sub-processing job.
*1099 Independent Contractor Position
*Weekly Direct Deposit Pay (After initial Net 15-Net 30)- Every Fridays
*Bonus Pay Monthly For Qualifying Contractors
*Knowledgeable support staff that is available to you at ALL times. We train EVERYONE who is hired on in Property Preservation and HUD specs so they are able to answer any of your questions.
*Contractor Training Programs and ongoing meetings and updates.
* Property Preservation Wizard and Pruvan Applications.
REQUIRED:
*Vehicle, trailer and auto insurance.
*Tools, smart phone, internet access and moderate computer proficiency.
*GL and E&O Million Dollar Insurance.
*ASPEN GROVE NUMBER (We can obtain one for you if you do not already have one).
*EIN number of SS# to complete the 1099 form
*Good communication skills, email skills and time management skills.
