I had someone put some freon in my car and a day later it was hot again, i went back to them and said i had a leak, i want this problem fixed by someone who knows what they are doing and who can do it asap

I had added some freon a bout a month ago and a couple days later it was hot again, so i went back they said i might have a leak,

i bought some red devil ac stop leak today and added it in and the ac clucth starting doing this in the video below, i guess it was moving at all before, and now it wont stop. and i still have hot air whats the problem
