I have over 35 years of hands-on building experience.From my introduction into the trade in Southern California and throughout my career,I have gravitated towards high quality construction.Attention to detail and getting it right the first time is foremost in my work.As a result,I work well with the most rigorous architects and inspectors.I have worked in the management role through some of the most technical projects that the Silicon Valley has to offer.

I can hand draw reference plans onsite as well as understand very detailed blueprints.
I can estimate and order materials for any job phase or the entire project.
I am a team player and work well with others that are the same.
Hard work,consideration and safety are key to any project.
I am capable of the supervision and construction of many phases of construction including;

1.Job start up-surveying,grading/excavation,installation of utilities and drainage.
2.Foundations,retaining walls,concrete slabs,walk and driveways.
3.Structure,wood and steel framing specialist.
4.Exterior finish,woodwork,doors and windows.
5.Coordinating and implementing all finishes;waterproofing,flashing,roofs and decks.
6.Interior finish,doors,stairs and custom woodwork.
7.Cabinetry; measuring,installation,modification and fabrication.
8.I also have a strong knowledge of; plumbing,H.V.A.C.,electrical,sheet-rock,painting and masonry.

I enjoy putting things together,learning about new materials,tools and finding better ways of doing construction.Most of my experience has been high end residential and some commercial.I have worked a few track housing projects from start to finish.
