Must have a minimum of 10 years experience. Must know how to read blueprints and have ran work before. Must be well versed in residential and commercial construction. Must have a thorough knowledge of new construction and renovation projects. Must know how to manage MEP contractors.
Must be skilled in framing walls, floors, roofs, stairs, decks, porches. Must be able to hang doors, hang cabinets, install vinyl and ceramic tile, windows, trim, shingles, etc.
Should have a basic knowledge of Microsoft and Google software.
Must be able to communicate with the clients as necessary.
Looking for someone to start immediately.
