Purpose/Function:
Level II Technician - Cell Phone Tech
Full-time, Part-time
we are looking for a Level 2 technician with (CURRENT EXPERIENCE) working on smart phone devices (Apple 4, 4S, 5, iPod4, Samsung Galaxy, Etc.). Applicant must be able to perform component repairs on most major brands including Screen repairs, function key replacements, housings, batteries and more. If the applicant has any soldering experience please include what experience you have in your resume. The successful applicant will have at least 6 months experience as a Level 2 tech. The applicant must also be fluent in English and be able to communicate with customers who may have questions regarding a repair. The chosen applicant will be a team player, outgoing and eager to learn more about Level 3 repairs on smart devices.
This can be either a part-time or full-time position. Our hours of operation are from 10am-9pm M-S, Sun 12pm-6pm. Hourly Rate: $8.00/$12 per hour depending on experience and ability.
This position will troubleshoot, repair and refurbish cellular phones to "like new" condition. Candidate must apply comprehensive technical knowledge to solve simple problems by interpreting manufacturers' manuals or similar documents. No experience is necessary but good attitude and willing to learn is a MUST, training will be provided.
Major Essential Functions:
1. Follows work instructions to replace cosmetically defective plastic parts with new plastic parts and replace discrete electronic components.
2. Performs functions with or without direct supervision.
3. Maintains acceptable work habits, housekeeping, production and quality standards at all times.
4. Has the responsibility to adhere to all policies and procedures at all times.
5. Performs varied and other job duties that may be assigned and required by supervision or management.
6. Completes all paperwork in accordance with company procedures.
7. Develops and maintains excellent working relationships with peers and supervisors within the department with occasional interface with management for information exchange.

1. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, and sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; talk or hear; and taste or smell.
2. High hand/finger dexterity with fine motor coordination skills are required to perform electronic component repair work.
3. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
Computer Literate a must!
Background check cleared -- A successful candidate must pass Background Check.
Work schedule- Monday to Friday- 10:00 - 9:00 PM
Pay rate--$8.00 to $12 per hour Depending on Experience
