All my life I have been surrounded by athletics and I played soccer and ran track in high school. I currently don't have any certifications but I plan on getting one later in 2018. I have plenty of experience training people in sports and I am dedicated to making people better physically and also mentally. Working out and exercising is only half the battle so having a good diet is something important that I preach to my friends and colleagues. I expect 150% at all times so bullshitting is not allowed.
