PUPPY MILL,BREEDER...wants to "get rid" of a puppy who hasn't had vet care..NOTHING. angand they want $400.00 when i asked why no vet care the response was "why would I waste my money on a dog i just want to get rid of" if that isn't a breeder no one is. DON'T BUY THIS
