Everything is included in your rent, i.e. electricity (we have air conditioning), water, garbage service, cable T.V., wireless internet, sheets, blankets, towels, hand soap, laundry soap, shampoo, light bulbs, toilet paper--- in short, just about everything you'll need except food.
You'll share a bath, a fully equipped kitchen, and laundry room.
The house is designed for privacy. All the interior doors have locks. You can get to your room without walking through someone else's space.

Mature Christian professional couple with no kids at home. I'm an ex-teacher who has owned a variety of businesses mostly involved with real estate and finance. My wife was a professional payroll contractor. We have both been involved with Christian ministries.
THE TENANTS
No smoke, drink, drugs, couples, kids, pets, felons. We're picky. You'll have great housemates. No age or gender restrictions.
