QR Code Link to This Post We have several Airbnb listing in the South City and CWE area, and are looking for a cleaner who can do guest turn-around cleanings. Have you done cleanings like this before, or under this model? Cleanings are no more than 2 hours long, and do not include intensive of extensive cleaning, as the apartments have only been lived in for the length of a guest's short stay. It also means that they are not regular cleanings- we average about 2-4 cleanings a week (but that is increasing) and can be on different days of the week. Cleanings usually are scheduled between 11:30-3:30pm on days where we have guests checking out, and another checking back in on the same day. Some cleanings allow for more flexibility if there isn't another guest checking in right away. Our units are mostly 2 bed-1 bath units.
