I have been a villa owner in the Disney area since 2001 , and now am retired from my day job and am seeking cleaning customers in the Windsor Palms Gated Community where I also own & operate several villas .
I am an owner and have been cleaning my own villas off & on for years , now doing it full-time .
I comprehend the need for doing a good job , doing it when it must be done , and making the vacation customers feel safe & secure . I work alone , and will not sub-contract . If anything happens , I am the only one involved , and I answer my cell phone , my mailbox is never full.
I live local , in Lindfields , and am originally from New Jersey where I was a technician for Verizon , formally New Jersey Bell & Bell Atlantic . I spend 26 years entering other peoples homes and solving problems . I know what I can and can't say to upset and nasty customers and I will do everything possible to reduce your anxiety of owning a short term rental and keeping it prepared for in-coming guests. By the way , I also served 4 years in the United States Marine Corps , where I became an expert in cleaning living spaces, and also my job in the Marines was chemical decontamination , so I have a good sense on how to contain a mess .
