Our service fee is 8% of rents collected for properties in Ada County. We do offer discounts for multiple properties. Our services include the following:
1 Advertisement on our vacancy list and several web sites along with a sign placed. (Advertisement in the local papers is at owner's expense).
2 Showing of vacant property(s).
3 Prospective tenant screening.
4 Lease signing with approved tenants.
5 Move in inspections.
6 Rent collections.
7 All necessary correspondence with Tenants.
8 Maintenance and repairs of the property(s).
9 Interior and drive by inspections.
10 Move out inspections and Security Deposit Disposition.
