We are a cabling company that wires up all commercial type buildings, new construction and existing. Looking for a freelance contractor to submit bids on projects where low voltage is involved. I don't have anyone in my office full time so I would like to sub out this work. This person needs to have experience in bidding and familiar with the bidding process.
