March 2016 ~ this is not a misprint, we are looking for a condo for move-in March 2016. Landlord has advised he is putting his home up for sale next year so we will be looking for a new residence.
We are an older retired non-smoking couple with no pets! Wife still works part-time to keep busy. Ideally, we would like a ranch style condo with at least 2BD/1.5BA, lawn maintenance/snow removal included and at least a one-car garage/carport. . .extra storage would be fantastic!
Some people may be PLANNERS like us...maybe you are aware that your tenant will be moving next year or you know of someone who will have a condo for rent the first quarter of 2016. If so, please reply to this posting.
