Am selling a house long-distance. Want someone to attend 2 open houses on May 8-9 (1 is 1 hour, the other -- 1.5) to get a sense of the atmosphere/buzz, what brokers and buyers are saying. You don't need to be a real estate person, just business-savvy, with good hearing :) and common sense. If you are a broker, though, I'll ask you to attend the May 7 brokers' open house as well. $50.
