Content Editor Needed to Manage Digital Strategy (fayetteville, AR)

We are seeking an Online Content Editor to join our team and manage our digital strategy. Duties include, but are not limited to: managing content for one website and assisting with content curation for another; maintaining an events calendar and organizing feature placement; producing weekly email newsletters; generating article ideas and managing a small team of online contributors; developing and maintaining a social media strategy; engaging with our online readership and responding to inquiries; writing articles, as needed; and coordinating and developing content ideas with other editors
This is a contract position with the opportunity to grow into a larger. Preferred applicants are those who have a background in journalism, content management, social media, and/or related fields.
