We are a couple in our early thirties in search of a cozy one or two bedroom house or apartment. We are responsible, have excellent credit and can supply references upon request. We are smoke- and drug-free with no pets or children.

We are interested in Bangor, Brewer, Belfast, Bar Harbor, Ellsworth, Hampden, Hermon, Orono, Old Town, Bucksport, Carmel, Orrington, etc. Essentially, anywhere within an hour drive of Bangor. My partner will be attending Husson University for graduate school in the fall. We are looking to sign a one-year lease starting in August or September. If it is only possible to sign through May due to tourist season, we can make that work.
