Ordered online and they were out of the standard variety so they sent me one that is supposed to be a blue. Don't see a lot of the blue coloring yet. I haven't handled it but (he, it's a male) is really mellow when I get into his large cage (4' x 8') I can pet it but never picked him up. Males are pretty impressive as adults. Great eater, comes running for food before I can open cage. Hasn't missed a meal. Recognizes me from anyone else. Got it at 6" and is now at 32". Changes in my life doesn't work with daily feeding and care coming up. $200.00 or $400.00 with 4' wide x 8' long x 6' tall enclosure and supplies.
