.Dawn is a sweet, shy soul who lived on the street for 2 1/2 years before I Could Have Been Adopted Rescue caught and socialized her. She's approximately 3 years old and weighs 40 lbs, Dawn has been in our program since Christmas Eve 2014 and is now house-trained, spayed, and up-to-date on her shots. Dawn gets along with other dogs and cats, walks great on a leash, and has a medium to low energy level. Even though she loves her walks, Dawn doesn't mind being a couch potato . She's a timid girl who will sometimes let you know with a little growl that she is afraid and to give her a little more time to trust you. Even when a catch pole was used to capture her and she was man - handled into a crate, Dawn made no attempt to bite. Dawn needs a family with another dog and with a whole lot of love to share who will be patient enough to give her a chance to trust that she has nothing to fear from them and is indeed..
