The Delta Alpha Chapter of a newly forming fraternal organization is recruiting ladies ages 18-adult to be part of its community service organization. We are a NJ based organization that is seeking members from surrounding states including (NY, PA, CT, DE, DC, MD).

To join, you MUST have a Facebook account (even if you create one just for this experience) as that is how the members of the organization fellowship. Also, our pledge process is conducted this way. You must also have an email address that you check frequently.

The organization participates in a variety of "virtual" and physical community service and social action activities and has members from all over the world who are involved. We are looking to strengthen the NY/NJ chapters and be able to provide mentorship programs for teen girls. The group meets quarterly in Brooklyn (and Midtown) and fellowships socially as their schedules permit. We have an annual family/social trip that happens Memorial Day weekend this year and our annual business trip happens in NJ during Martin Luther King weekend. You'll also play a pivotal role in how the organization is shaped and the causes it supports as we continue to grow.

Our annual dues are $30 and are never raised. Dues are payable in July. You can purchase your own paraphernalia (shirts, jackets, etc.) at your leisure.

Interested candidates should email telling us: (a) their name; (b) birthday/age; (c) neighborhood of residence (Crown Heights, Brooklyn) and a short note telling us about themselves. You will have to be able to move quickly because you'll need to be added to the Facebook group right away.

Although we are recruiting for ladies under this opportunity, teen girls are welcomed to.
