We service residential and commercial clients as well as maintain listed properties for realtors, out of town owners, banks, REO, property preservation and management companies.
Able Services is not a contractor. We do not do "construction" work. We provide labor under a clients guidance. There is no contract that commits you to a minimum number of services. We work to earn your continuing business with each job. We just charge a flat rate of $50 an hour per worker for handyman repair and maintenance work, plus any dump fees and mileage for hauling. If at anytime you feel we are not meeting your expectations just pay us for time worked and send us home.
