DIVORCE DOCUMENT PREPARATION

25030 USD

I am a retired lawyer with 30 years experience. I write up all the documents for a divorce for $250. You must also pay the filing fee for the Courthouse

You need not pay me anything to get started. I do not represent either side in a divorce, and do not go to Court. I simply prepare all the divorce documents to be presented to the judge when you and your spouse agree on everything.

My service is completely through email. We do not have to meet beforehand to discuss your divorce. You simply send me your information and I write up the documents the way you tell me.

If you would like me to get started then fill in the information I have included below and send it to me. Then I will send you (by email) divorce documents for review with all your info filled in. You review and tell me what needs to be changed, if anything.

When everything is fine, then I send you the final documents and you can sign and notarize at your convenience and file them at the courthouse. You pay me when the documents are ready for you to sign. No payment before that. If there are no children, it can take as little as a couple weeks, depending on how long it takes for you and your spouse to agree to everything. If there are children, it will take a couple weeks longer because you and your spouse will have to take the required county Parent Education class.

Fill out the info form below. Send it to me, and I will send you documents for your review. Do not send me your complete SSN, or driver's license number, or that info about your spouse. Only send the last four digits of the SSN and drivers license. (I do not like to send confidential info over the internet.) I can get any info you don't have later. The whole process can be over in a couple weeks, if we work together.

Call me, text, or email with any questions.
