DJ R.AN.S. Rocky was born and raised in Hartford, CT on October 9, 1982. Since he could walk, he danced. His love for music empowered him to start Dj'ing at the age of 13, since then, he knew it was his dream to be the one in the D.J booth rockin' the crowd.
Rocky has been a professional and well known D.J for many years, working throughout CT for all functions, big and small. Rocky has been a pronounced D.J at the Polo Club for 3yrs and has earned his reputation as one of the best in spinning house and techno on Saturday nights and as well as Hip Hop, R&B, Reggaeton, Salsa, Merengue and Bachata on Friday's, latin nights.
When not on the turntables you will find that Rocky is also a family man, a father of two and a full time truck driver. He enjoys sports and is a big fan of the New York Yankees (Baseball) and New York Giants (Football) teams. His hobby of course, is music. His favorite colors are Orange and Blue and his favorite music genre is latin freestyle.
Rocky listens to everything from Michael Jackson, Lil Suzy, to Marc Anthony and so much more. He is musically diverse and his ear for music is extraordinary.
When time permits he likes to relax, watch movies, go shopping, spend time with his family and just enjoy having free time.
