THIS IS A BAD GUY, he told me about what he and his buddy did to little kids in Vietnam. He owns a building on the corner or Boston & Essex street. It used to be his fathers sub shop but FRED CANT BOIL WATER so he ran the business into the ground. Then he had some drug addicts working for him, then FRED told me his nephew had a drug problem so he closed the Tony Lena that was there for 3 months. Then FRED Rented me the space and said he had Salem Politicians in his pocket so I won't have any troubles. THE PLACE AND BUILDING IS RAT INFESTED INSIDE AND OUT CHEWING HOLES AT THE BASE OF THE RESTAURANT DOORS. Dead rodents in the basement and around the property but the city did nothing (just ask the neighbors) the place needed a white wash cleaning. Any equipment there was fixed or replaced by me. I complained to Fred and city officials and was locked out which is illegal. Now he wants me to pay off the lease and is trashing me on CL Barter list until I do, it's extortion but law enforcement does not care. Fred claims to be best friends with the Mayor and Police Chief and he can do what he wants. Fred told me disturbing stories about his private life and things he has done in the basement of this building. HE IS A MONSTER, DO NOT RENT FROM
