DO NOT use Kimber for your dog or cat grooming. She leaves a mess behind and extremely unreliable/undependable. I'm not kidding, she set dates and times with me over numerous occasions to show up and groom my dogs. These were times she picked. She wouldn't show up, answer the phone, respond to texts or emails. Then a few days later she always had an excuse. Her other job called her in to work, car accident, roommate took her car, grandmother died, phone lost, family emergency, the list goes on and on. I tried to be patient and understanding but then it became obvious she is just lying, unprofessional and can't be relied on to follow through. If you can't keep your appointments (times that YOU chose) then have the decency to call and let the customer know that rather than just ignore them. The two times she actually did come her work was shoddy at best and left dog hair all over my bathroom. Save your money and more importantly save your time and frustration. Call someone else...anyone else.
