Congradulations on your new puppy!
I will come to your home, and train your new puppy with your entire family, so the puppy will work well for everyone in their home/neighborhood environment.
I am a professional dog trainer, with over 30 years of experience. My background includes: being a veterinary technician, showing dogs to their championships and obedience titles, and doing rescue. I've worked extensively with both puppies and full grown dogs.
I train using the Positive Reinforcement Training Technique, which is the reward system.

We will work on the following issues:
Potty training/house breaking
Chewing on your possessions
Crate training
Separation anxiety
Making your new puppy comfortable in their new home so they doesn't miss their mother or siblings and bond solidly to you
Stop mouthing/biting
Heeling on a leash
Not lunging at other dogs when on a leash
Not jumping up on people
Basic Obedience: Come, Sit, Down, Stay
In addition, we will work on any other problems you may be having with your puppy.

At no extra charge, we can discuss nutrition, food, treats, and toys. We will discuss proper nutrition, and I will advise you on what foods and treats are healthy, and how to read packaging, so you can make informed decisions. We will discuss toys, what's safe, and what isn't. I will recommend good, safe toys for aggressive chewers. If you are in need of a vet, I can recommend a good one in the area in which you live.

Lessons are given in your home, with the entire family. I don't charge by the hour, as other trainers do; I charge by the lesson. You can choose to sign up for individual lessons, or get my special "Puppy Package Deal" deal of 5 lessons.
I train in Montgomery County Maryland.
