I will come and give you a bid on what it would cost you to frame ,hang and finish and make ready for paint,owner supplies all materiel,i supply all labor and knowledge,a 900 sf basement usually takes me 5 to 6 days to hang and finish,I am on the job start to finish and have 1 to 2 guys that will be there with me.We are honest and trustworthy people and have references ,I have done a lot of basements lately and have a lot of satisfied customers,I don't do the electric or plumbing,I do not ask for money up front but will take draws on the money,I will give you a materiel list and will give you my suppliers numbers or you can get the materiel yourself.
I do great work and have references to prove it.
