We are currently looking for vendors to work on 1099 work orders for foreclosed homes. We pay weekly for the work order you submit with the required photos, bids and your invoice. We use direct deposit as well so you get your check fast!
We require an extensive background check, equipment and you need your own vehicle.
The equipment you will need is as follows:
Truck or bigger vehicle with trailer to haul equipment and debris from properties. (you can rent a trailer or borrow from a friend)
Air compressor, generator, push mower or rider (zero turn and brush hog would be great), weed whacker, chain saw, and snow blower or snow plow. Other general tools will be needed such as hammer, drill, screw drivers, etc.
