We are looking for a dog- and house-sitter for Jan. and Feb. +/-, 2016.
We have a lovely modern house with great views and hundreds of contiguous acres to roam. And, we have a very friendly, happy older Lab. that is more important to us than the house.
We do not wish to pay "rack" or usual day/night rates, so this is for a responsible adult (read: no parties, is mature, communicates well to emails, texts, phone calls) who might need a place to live for a few months. That said, we will be paying all utilities and would be open to paying a minor amount towards your groceries and gas.
We do not wish to demean professional dog sitters, so please, no rants. We just cannot afford to pay full rates for this need.
Impeccable references and some related experience(s) are required.
