Dragon Spirits Marketing and Promotion, headquartered in beautiful Austin, Texas, is an elite marketer of boutique artisanal spirits, fine wine, and craft beer.
As part of our core marketing strategy for our clients, we excel in experiential marketing that is the most effective and competitive in the market.
We are ALWAYS looking for responsible, fun and sales oriented professionals who need great part-time pay, and maybe even a future career.
We perform demonstrations (tastings) and events all over the State of Texas and need passionate Brand Specialists to help our artisanal, and boutique brands get bought and loved at retail stores across the state!
Dragon Brand Specialist job duties (Does this fit you, or can we train you?):
Invites, engages and inspires consumers to sample and ultimately purchase product during 3 hour tastings. Every single sale pays a commission over your base pay!
Creates the "WOW" experience for consumers demonstrating a high degree of salesmanship and brand storytelling
Personifies our company's core values and serves as a brand and category expert
Discovers new opportunities (and gets PAID for referrals!)
Shares brand expertise and experiences on Social Media and during tastings
Participates on team conference calls and training sessions
Loves to learn new stuff and yearns for training to be the best!
Provides timely and accurate reporting via an online reporting system
Sells Well and Has Fun! :)
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record
- KNOW our Dragon's Creed (can be found on our website at http://www.dragonspiritsmarketing.com)
- Excellent communication skills -- An absolute must!
- Sales experience a plus, however we are willing to train the right dragon
- Desire to be great at sales a MUST (We will teach you our fiery Dragon sales methodology!)
- Proficient in technology and filling out online forms (please own or have access to a computer and the internet)
- Passionate about learning and selling distilled spirits, beer, or wine
- TABC Certified (If not certified, Google "TABC Certification Online" and see --> for as low as $11.99 Learn2Serve)
Compensation:
Pay is $15+ --- $20+ / hour for typically 3 hour shifts PLUS COMMISSIONS (Many Dragons have made $100+ in a 3 hour tasting)
Fringe benefit: You get to take your open bottles home for personal enjoyment!
